[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pojetí úspěšného žáka učitelem na 1. stupni ZŠ ve společném vzdělávání. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou objasněna možná teoretická východiska, která se vztahují k dané problematice. K zodpovězení výzkumných otázek bylo použito kvalitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím rozhovorů s menší skupinou respondentů. Respondenty byli učitelé 1. stupně jedné základní školy. Učitelé byli rozděleni do svou skupin podle doby jejich praxe v oboru. Výzkum byl doplněn o sebereflexi vývoje výzkumníkova pojetí úspěšného žáka. V závěru byly zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky. Bylo zjištěno, jak učitelé 1. stupně pojímají úspěšného žáka a jak silný vliv má na toto pojetí prostředí dané školy. Thesis is devided on a theoretic and practical part. First part of the thesis involves theoretical basis for concept of a successful student. Qualitative research was utilized to answer the research questions through interviews with a small group of respondents who were teachers from elementary school and were divided into two groups by teaching experience. The research was supplemented with questions about my self-reflection of developments regarding the concept of a successful student. It was found out how primary school teachers perceive a successful student and how strong the influence of the school environment on this conception.
