Diplomová práce se zabývá komunikací školy a rodiny v základním vzdělávání. Jejím cílem je formulovat návrhy k zefektivnění komunikace s rodiči. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Praktická část charakterizuje klíčové pojmy. Interpretuje zakotvení pojmu rodiče v kurikulárních dokumentech a legislativě. Soustředí se na iniciativy a programy akcentující spolupráci školy a rodiny, především na projekt Rodiče vítáni a vzdělávací program Začít spolu. Popisuje formy této spolupráce mezi subjekty a jejich vzájemná očekávání. Výzkumná část zkoumá spokojenost rodičů a užívané komunikační strategie na škole, v níž bylo realizováno výzkumné šetření. Výzkum využívá kvalitativních i kvantitativních metod - především dotazníkového šetření a hloubkových rozhovorů. Výsledky toho šetření jsou podrobeny analýze. Na jejím základě jsou zformulovány návrhy k zefektivnění komunikace s rodiči. Za efektivní formu komunikace je považována taková, která je vedena jasně a systematicky, předem daným komunikačním kanálem. Taková komunikace může výrazně podpořit spolupráci školy a rodiny. It's aim is to formulate proposals for more efficient communication with parents. The thesis has theoretical and practical - experimental part. In the practical part key concepts are being characterized. Also the thesis interprets the grounding of the term "parents" in the curricular documents and legislative. The main focus has been placed on initiatives and programmes which ephasise school-family cooperation, mostly the project Parents welcome and educational program Step by Step. The forms of such cooperation between subjects and their mutuall expectations have been described as well. The experimental part examines parent's satisfaction and used communication strategies at school where the experimental investigation took place. The research uses both qualitative and quantitative methods - mostly survey and deep interviews. The results of this research were analyzed. According to the analysis, suggestions for an effective communication with parents have been provided. An effective communication has been described as the one, that is clear and systematic, by in advance given communication channel.
