Název disertační práce Syndrom vyhoření a depresivní symptomatologie zkoumané na výběrovém souboru trenérů v ČR (2020) Cíle práce Cílem této disertační práce je zjištění metrik celkového vyhoření a jeho subdimenzí s využitím standardizované dotazníkové metody SMBM se současným zjištěním skóre depresivní symptomatologie za použití dotazníkové škály BDI-II. Metody Disertační práce je neexperimentální empirickou deskriptivní studií s dotazníkovým šetřením. Sběr dat proběhl v listopadu 2020. Celkem bylo získáno 1151 dotazníků. Relevantní byly dotazníky od 1083 respondentů. Ti vytvořili primární výběrový soubor. Do subsetového souboru 776 respondentů byli vybráni "profesionální" trenéři, kteří jsou za profesi finančně ohodnoceni. Ke sběru dat byl využit demografický dotazník o základních údajích respondentů, dotazník životního stylu, Shirom - Melamedova škála vyhoření (SMBM) a Beckova škála depresivní symptomatologie (BDI-II). Ke zpracování dat byl použit statistický software IBM SPSS 27. S využitím metod statistické inference byly komparovány skupiny, které byly vytvořené na základě zvolených kategorizačních proměnných - pohlaví, délka praxe, sportovní disciplína. S ohledem na rozložení dat byly jednotlivé skupiny porovnány s využitím neparametrického Kruskal-Wallisova testu a Mann-Whitneyova U testu.... Title of the thesis Burnout Syndrome and Depressive Symptomatology Among Sport Coaches and Trainers in the Czech Republic (2020) Thesis aim The aim of this dissertation is to determine the metrics of total burnout and its subdimensions using the standardized questionnaire method SMBM with the simultaneous determination of the score of depressive symptoms using the questionnaire scale BDI-II. Methods The dissertation is a non-experimental empirical descriptive study with a questionnaire survey. Data collection took place in November 2020. A total of 1151 questionnaires were obtained. Questionnaires from 1083 respondents were relevant. They created the primary sample. "Professional" trainers who are financially rewarded for the profession were selected for a subset of 776 respondents. A demographic questionnaire on the basic data of the respondents, a lifestyle questionnaire, the Shirom - Melamed burnout scale (SMBM) and the Beck depressive symptomatology scale (BDI-II) were used to collect data. IBM SPSS 27 statistical software was used for data processing.
