Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sdílenou péči o seniory v České republice. Cílem práce je identifikovat výhody a případné nevýhody sdílené péče o seniory v souvislosti s psychickým stavem a sociálním životem neformálních pečujících. V rámci výzkumu jsou porovnávány 2 skupiny pečujících - ti, kteří k péči využívají profesionální pomoc a ti, kteří pečují sami nebo využívají pouze minimum nabízených služeb. K prozkoumání světa neformálních pečujících byl zvolen smíšený design, který je kombinací kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu. Kvantitativní část vychází z dat z výzkumu Podpora neformálních pečovatelů, která sesbírala agentura STEM/MARK v roce 2014. Kvalitativní výzkum je založen na metodě hloubkových rozhovorů s 10 neformálními pečujícími. Oba výzkumy byly integrovány ve fázi analýzy dat pomocí metody explanace. Ve výsledcích práce jsou formulovány psychické a sociální problémy neformálních pečujících a jejich intenzita s ohledem na využití sdílené péče. Zároveň jsou prezentovány faktory, které ovlivňují psychické a sociální problémy. Ukázalo se, že využívání profesionální pomoci k péči o seniora má pozitivní vliv na psychický stav a společenský život neformálního pečujícího. Nicméně vliv sdílené péče na vztahy v rodině nebyl prokázán. The diploma thesis deals with mixed forms of elderly care in the Czech Republic. The aim is to identify the advantages and potential disadvantages of mixed forms of elderly care in connection with informal carers' mental health and social life. There are 2 groups of informal carers distinguished within the research - those, who get professional care help and those, who care alone or get just a little professional care help. Mixed methods design, which combines quantitative and qualitative research, was used to study the world of informal carers. The quantitative part is based on data from a research Podpora neformálních pečovatelů, which were selected by STEM/MARK agency in 2014. Qualitative research is based on 10 in-depth interviews with informal carers. Both pieces of research are integrated in a phase of data analysis by the explanation method. Informal carers' mental health problems and social problems and its intensity in connection to mixed forms of elderly care are formulated in the results. The thesis also presents factors, which influence mental health problems and social problems. The results showed that using professional care help simultaneously with informal elderly care has a positive impact on informal carers' mental health and social life.
