Bakalářská práce s názvem "Rozvod a jeho vliv na dítě" je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se věnuje rodině, zmiňuje se o typech a funkcích rodiny a o jejím významu. Následující část je věnována rozvodu a rozvodovosti v České republice. Další část popisuje reakce dětí prožívání rozvodu rodičů ve vývojových etapách. Další část je věnována tomu, jaké mají děti práva v rozvodovém procesu. V neposlední řadě se zabývá spoluprací s OSPOD a svěřením a výchovou dítěte do péče. Praktická část je realizována pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu. Kvalitativní výzkum byl prováděn pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s lidmi, kteří mají osobní zkušenost s rozvodem svých rodičů. Praktická část si klade za cíle zjistit, jak rozvod rodičů ovlivňuje děti v jejich osobním životě, zda jsou děti do řešení rozvodové situace zapojovány a do jaké míry se k němu mohou děti vyjádřit. The theoretical part deals with the family, mentions the types and functions of the family and its importance. The next part addresses divorce and divorce rate in the Czech Republic, while the following part describes the reactions of children and how they worked through their parents' divorce during their developmental stages. The next part is devoted to the children's rights in the divorce procedure. Last but not least, the thesis deals with cooperation with the Children Social and Legal Protection Authority (OSPOD) and custody of the child as well as their education. The practical part is mainly focused on the impact of divorce on children. The practical part consists of qualitative research that was based on semi-structured interviews with persons who personally experienced their parents' divorce. The practical part aims to find out how parents' divorce affects children in their personal lives, to what extent children are involved in the divorce and whether and to what extent are children allowed to comment on it.
