Východiska: Užívání návykových látek v těhotenství a mateřství je problematikou práce se specifickou klientelou, která je v adiktologických službách v České republice i ve světě předmětem řešení. U uživatelek vznikají bariéry pro vstup do léčebných služeb z důvodu odsouzení společnosti, strachu z odebrání dítěte a také vlastních pocitů viny. Užívání návykových látek má nepříznivé důsledky pro zdravý vývoj plodu a psychosociální vývoj dítěte. V bakalářské práci zpracovávám specifika žen-matek uživatelek, užívání v těhotenství a užívání v mateřství, důsledky užívání návykových látek pro plod, porod i na kojení a rizika pro dítě. Dále uvádím informace z některých českých a zahraničních studií, které se zabývají danou problematikou. Výzkumná část představuje vlastní výzkum, který byl uskutečněn na jaře roku 2021 s deseti matkami. Cílem: Cílem bylo nalézt vzorce užívání návykových látek v období bezprostředně před těhotenstvím uživatelek a změny v průběhu těhotenství a v raném mateřství do jednoho roku dítěte pomocí výzkumných otázek: Jak se změnilo užívání návykových látek u žen, když zjistily, že jsou těhotné? Jak se užívání, prožívání a myšlení žen proměňovalo během jednotlivých fází těhotenství a raného mateřství? Jak se měnila motivace žen během zkoumaného období? Metodika: Získání dat proběhlo... Background: The use of addictive substances in pregnancy and motherhood is a problem of working with a specific clientele that is in addictology services in the Czech Republic and in the world subject of the solution. There are barriers for female users to enter treatment services due to condemnation of society, fear of the child being taken from the mother and also feelings of guilt. Use of addictive substances have adverse consequences for the healthy development of the fetus and the psychosocial development of the child. In the bachelor thesis I process the specifics of women-mothers users, use in pregnancy and use in motherhood, the consequences of substance abuse for the fetus, childbirth and breastfeeding and risks for the child. Further I present information from some Czech and foreign studies that deal with the given issues. The research part presents our own research, which was carried out in the spring of the year 2021 with ten mothers.
