v čj Východiska Problém přesmyku z látkové závislosti na jinou látkovou závislost je známý jev. Jakým způsobem je očima respondentů vnímám přesmyk z látkové závislosti na hraní počítačových her? Zkoumání problematiky nahrazování užívání drog a proces přesmyku, důvody, mechanismy a okolnosti přesmyku ze subjektivního pohledu uživatelů. Formulace cílů, metodologie, výzkumný soubor Byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum. Rozhovory vedené formou narativní analýzy, doplněné o semistrukturovaný rozhovor. Výzkumný soubor se skládal ze smíšeného vzorku pěti respondentů s pozitivní látkovou závislostí, jež nebyla podmíněna aktivním trváním, a současně zkušeností s hraním počítačových her, jež nemuselo splňovat kritéria závislosti. Otázky směřovaly k pochopení procesu přesmyku z látkové závislosti na počítačové hry pohledem uživatelů. Hlavní výsledky Respondenti nalezli shodné projevy při hraní počítačových her jako při látkové závislosti. Oproti látkové závislosti přesmyk na počítačové hry vnímali s menším nadhledem. Jednotlivé fáze přesmyku se nepodařilo popsat, protože se jedná o proces postupný, který si respondenti dlouhou dobu ani s přesmykem nespojovali. Respondenti, kteří si prošli jakýmkoli způsobem léčby udávali malou edukaci o problému přesmyku z látkové závislosti na nelátkové procesy, naopak... v aj Background The problem of substance addiction replacement to another type of addiction is a well-known phenomenon. What is the perception of respondents' eyes on the shift from substance addiction to computer gaming? Exploring the issue of substance use substitution and the process of replacement, the reasons, mechanisms and circumstances of addiction rplacement from the subjective perspective of users. Formulation of objectives, methodology, research population Qualitative research was conducted. Interviews conducted in the form of narrative analysis, supplemented by semi-structured interview. The research population consisted of a mixed sample of five respondents with a positive substance dependence that was not of active duration and a current experience of computer gaming that may not have met the criteria of dependence. The questions were aimed at understanding the process of addiction replacement from substance dependence to computer games through the users' perspectives.
