cze Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the impact of long-term work from home on personal well-being. The conceptual basis of work is devoted to the definition of work from home (as an alternative work regime), its current legislation, the prerequisites for effective work from home, and the disruptive factors that can influence work from home. Furthermore, different theoretical concepts of the personal well-being are also described and attention is paid especially to the PERMA model. Last but not least, the work focuses on work-life balance for individuals working from home and a separate chapter belongs to the topic of work from home during the covid-19 pandemic. The starting points of the thesis are also relevant researches. The work includes a research investigation conducted using the qualitative method of semi- structured interviews, which aims to identify differences in the effect of working from home on the different components of the PERMA concept for carers of dependent children and non- carers, among other issues.
