Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci dobrovolníků, kteří v průběhu covidové pandemie, v období od března 2020 do prosince 2020, vykonávali dobrovolnickou činnost v sociální a zdravotnické oblasti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretické ukotvení dobrovolnictví a motivace k dobrovolnictví se zaměřením na oblast sociální a zdravotní. Druhá část práce se věnuje stanovení hypotéz a jejich následného vyvrácení či potvrzení pomocí vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. Na závěr autor navrhl podněty pro další výzkumy v této oblasti. The main focus of this bachelor thesis is the volunteer's motivation in social and health area during the Covid pandemic throughout the timespan of March 2020 to December 2020. The thesis is separated into two parts. First part is separated into theoretical anchoring of volunteering and motivation for volunteering in social and health area. Second part is focused on assessment of hypothesis and it's subsequent denial or affirmation thanks to survey evaluation. Finally the author offered suggestions for next research in this field of work.
