Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na srovnání syndromu vyhoření u učitelů běžných a speciálních mateřských škol. Práce definuje syndrom vyhoření, srovnává náplň práce učitelů běžných a speciálních mateřských škol a porovnává hlavní stresory vedoucí k vyhoření. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda se syndrom vyhoření vyskytuje častěji u učitelů běžných mateřských škol či speciálních mateřských škol. K návrhu výzkumného projektu bylo navrženo využití Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) dotazníku, který zjistí míru vyhoření u 100 učitelů běžných MŠ a 100 učitelů speciálních MŠ. Na závěr práce nabízí několik doporučení vedoucích k prevenci syndromu vyhoření. This bachelor thesis focuses on comparison of burnout syndrome of kindergarten teachers and special kindergarten teachers. This thesis defines the burnout syndrome, it compares both teacher's job description and the main stressors leading to burnout. The aim of this thesis was to find out whether the burnout syndrome occurs more often in ordinary kindergarten teachers or in teachers of special kindergarten. Maslach burnout inventory was used to measure the burnout syndrome of 100 teachers of ordinary kindergartens and 100 teachers of special kindergartens. At the end, this thesis proposes some of recommendations to prevent the burnout syndrome.
