Východiska: Běžně se mapuje prevalence užívání návykových látek v obecné populaci, stejně tak se běžně podrobně mapuje problematika prevalence užívání návykových látek u uživatelů drog samotných. V České republice není oficiální výzkum, jenž by se zabýval prevalencí užívání návykových látek u pracovníků v adiktologických službách. Cíle: Cílem výzkumu je mapování prevalence užívání legálních i nelegálních návykových látek u vybrané výzkumné populace. Z výsledků mapování bude zřejmé, které návykové látky jsou příslušníky výzkumné populace užívány nejčastěji, které látky mají nejvyšší celoživotní prevalenci a které látky nejsou v této populaci příliš populární. Metody: Základní orientace empirického šetření byla kvantitativní. Data byla získána prostřednictvím online dotazníkového šetření. Do výzkumu se z celkového počtu 589 pracovníků zapojilo 41,9 % pracovníků ambulantních či nízkoprahových adiktologických služeb, tj. 247 respondentů. Výzkum byl realizován v době od 28. 3. 2021 do 17. 4. 2021. Výsledky: Prevalence zkušeností s legálními a nelegálními návykovými látkami a to jak životní, za posledních 12 měsíců či za posledních 30 dnů je u pracovníků v nízkoprahových a ambulantních adiktologických službách v České republice výrazně vyšší než u obecné populace, zároveň je nižší prevalence každodenního... Background: The prevalence of substance use in the general population is commonly mapped, as is the issue of substance prevalence among drug users themselves. There is no official research in the Czech Republic that deals with the prevalence of substance use among workers in addictology services. Objectives: The aim of the research is to map the prevalence of the use of legal and illegal addictive substances in a selected research population. The results of the mapping will show which addictive substances are most frequently used by members of the research population, which substances have the highest lifetime prevalence and which substances are not very popular in this population. Methods: The basic orientation of the empirical survey was quantitative. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire survey. Out of the total number of 589 employees, 41.9% of employees of outpatient or low-threshold addictology services participated in the research, ie 247 respondents.
