Táto bakalárska práca sa venuje porovnaniu starých a nových predpisov pre vzdelanie dopravných pilotov v predmete Letecký zákon a predpisy. V úvode práce je stručná charakteristika predpisu JAR-FCL a nariadenia EU - Part-FCL a dokumentov pre ciele teoretických znalostí dopravných pilotov. V nasledujúcej časti je porovnávanie samotných predpisov rozdelených do troch častí a vymedzenie rozdielov v priebehu vývoja predpisov. Posledná časť obsahuje zhrnutie a navrhnutie novej osnovy v predmete Letecký zákon a predpisy. This bachelor thesis deals with comparison of old and new regulations for the education of transport pilots in the subject Air law and regulations. At the begining of the work is a brief description of JAR-FCL regulation and the EU - Part-FCL regulation and documents for the purposes of theoretical knowledge of transport pilots. The following section compares the regulation devided into three parts and defines the differences during development of the regulations. The last part contains a summary and proposal of a new syllabus in subject Air law and regulations.
