Bakalářská práce se zabývá formami podpory osobám s psychickým onemocněním k získání zaměstnání. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza nabídky podpory k získání zaměstnání osobám s psychickým onemocněním. Práce zaměřuje na psychické onemocnění a jeho klasifikaci. Dále je pozornost věnována legislativě vztahující se k zaměstnávání osob znevýhodněných na trhu práce a formám podpory osobám s psychickým onemocněním k získání zaměstnání, které z ní vychází. Dále se práce věnuje organizacím poskytujícím formy podpory k získání zaměstnání osobám s psychickým onemocněním a podporovanému zaměstnávání. Empirické šetření bylo zaměřeno na zjištění, jak organizace poskytující službu podporovaného zaměstnávání tuto službu realizují a porovnání těchto postupů s postupy popsanými v Souhrnné metodice podporovaného zaměstnávání (Vitáková, 2005). The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the offer of support to get a job of people with mental illness. The thesis focuses on mental illness and its classification. Furthermore, attention is paid to legislative relations to the employment of people at a disadvantage in the labor market and forms of support for people with mental illness to get a job in terms of legislation. Furthemore, the work deals with organizations providing forms of support to gain employment for people with mental illness and to supported employment. The empirical survey was focused on finding out how the organizations providing a service of supported emloyment implement this service and compare these procedures with the procedures described in the Summary Methodology of Supported Employment (Vitáková, 2005).
