Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem batolat, u jejichž matek jsou přítomny akutní symptomy deprese. V literárně přehledové části, která je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, je nejprve charakterizováno batolecí období z hlediska hlavních vývojových oblastí. Další navazující část práce se zaměřuje na popis kvalitní rané interakce matky a batolete, proměnu vztahu a vymezení vztahové vazby. Následuje kapitola věnující se depresivní poruše popisuje zejména příznaky a změny v rodičovském chování depresivních matek. V závěru literárně přehledové části práce jsou shrnuty vybrané výzkumy zabývající se vývojem batolat vychovávaných depresivními matkami. Stěžejní částí práce představuje návrh výzkumného projektu. Cílem výzkumu je porovnat řečový vývoj mezi batolaty depresivních matek a batolaty matek bez akutních symptomů deprese. Rovněž je metodou pozorování porovnána kvalita vzájemné interakce u dvojic depresivní matka-batole a dvojic nedepresivní matka-batole. Vybrané matky budou rozřazeny do experimentální a kontrolní skupiny pomocí Beckovy sebeposuzovací škály deprese pro dospělé. Rozdíly v řečovém vývoji budou měřeny Dotazníkem vývoje komunikace pro děti od 16 do 30 měsíců. Pro posouzení kvality interakce bude přeložena do češtiny a následně použita metoda Parenting Interactions with Children: Checklist of... This bachelor thesis deals with the development of toddlers whose mothers have acute symptoms of depression. In the literary-overview part, which is split into four chapters, there is initially a description of the toddler period in terms of main developmental characteristics. The subsequent part of the work then focuses on describing early quality mother-toddler interaction, the changes in their relationship, and a definition of an emotional and social attachment. The next chapter deals with the depressive disorder, particularly describing the symptoms and changes in parental behaviour in depressed mothers. At the end of the literary-overview part there is a summary of selected researches dealing with the development of toddlers brought up by depressed mothers. The fundamental part of the thesis represents a suggestion for a research project. The goal of the research is to compare language development of toddlers brought up by depressed mothers and those brought up by mothers without acute symptoms of depression. Also, using the method of observation, the quality of mutual interaction will be compared between a depressed mother and her toddler, and a non-depressed mother and her toddler.
