Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po reoperaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo komplexní zpracování a shrnutí teoretických znalostí a praktických dovedností týkajících se fyzioterapeutické péče po reoperaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Metody: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí - obecné a speciální. První, obecná část, zahrnuje znalosti anatomie a kineziologie kyčelního kloubu. Obsahuje kapitolu o koxartróze, její etiologii a možnosti její léčby. Dále popisuje jednotlivé typy endoprotéz kyčelního kloubu, nejužívanější operační přístupy, indikace, kontraindikace a komplikace operačního výkonu. Součástí je také popis průběhu předoperační rehabilitace, časné rehabilitace po operačním výkonu a následné rehabilitace. Druhá, speciální část, obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta po reoperaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu, průběh terapie a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Podařilo se splnit cíle uvedené v krátkodobém terapeutickém plánu. Aplikovanou terapií došlo k navýšení rozsahu pohybu v kloubech operované dolní končetiny, ke zvýšení svalové síly, protažení zkrácených svalů, ovlivnění hypertonických svalů, ošetření měkkých tkání, zvýšení fyzické kondice pacienta a ke zlepšení pohybových stereotypů včetně chůze.... Title: The case study of a physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after reoperation of a total hip replacement. Objective: The aim of this bachelor's thesis was a comprehensive elaboration and summary of theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to physiotherapeutic care after reoperation of a total hip replacement. Method: The bachelor thesis consists of two main parts - general and special. The first, general part, contains knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology of the hip joint. It contains a chapter on coxarthrosis, its etiology and possibilities of its treatment. It also describes the various types og hip implants, the most commonly used surgical approches, indications, contraindicatios and complications of the surgery. It also includes a description of the cource of preoperative rehabilatition, early rehabilitation after surgery and subsequent medial rehabilitation. The second, special part, contains a case study of a patient after reoperatin of a total hip replacement, the course of treatment and evaulation of the effect of therapy. Results: The goals of the short - term therapeutic plan were fullfilled. The applied therapy increased the range of motion in the joints of the operated lower limb, increased muscle strength, stretched shortened muscles, affected hypertonic muscles,...
