Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je podrobně zpracovaná speciální část, kde je kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po operaci totální endoprotézy pravého kolenního kloubu. Její zpracování probíhalo během souvislé odborné praxe na rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky na lůžkovém oddělení. Součástí práce je i obecná část, kde se zabývá komplexním teoretickým seznámením s touto diagnózou. Metody: Všechny použité metody, které v bakalářské práci nachází, byly součástí učiva fyzioterapie během 3 let studia na FTVS. Výsledky: Zdravotní stav pacientky se po aplikované terapii zlepšil, proto lze konstatovat, že zvolená terapie byla účinná. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is a detailed special part, which is a case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient after surgery of a total endoprosthesis of the right knee joint. Its processing took place during continuous professional practice at the Malvazinky rehabilitation clinic in the inpatient department. Part of the work is also a general part, which deals with a comprehensive theoretical introduction to this diagnosis. Methods: All the methods used in the bachelor's thesis were part of the physiotherapy curriculum during 3 years of study at FTVS.
