Východiska: Psilocybin je dnes v neurovědách nejzkoumanější psychedelickou látkou pro jeho psychotomimetické a terapeutické účinky. Jednou z institucí v České republice, která tuto látku zkoumá, je Národní ústav duševního zdraví, kde probíhá klinické hodnocení jeho účinků a bezpečnosti. Působení i bezpečnost této látky je zde zkoumána z hlediska akutní intoxikace, ale také z hlediska účinků dlouhodobých. Cíl: Zjistit, jak dobrovolníci vnímají zkušenost s psilocybinem podaným v kontrolovaném prostředí experimentální studie a zda zaznamenali nějaké přetrvávající (afterglow) účinky po odeznění akutní intoxikace, v průběhu 28 dní po podání, jak se takové účinky projevují a jak dlouho přetrvávají. Metody: Data byla získána pomocí semistrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 20 rozhovorů s 10 zdravými dobrovolníky klinické studie v NUDZ. Rozhovory byly provedeny 28. den po podání aktivní dávky psilocybinu nebo placeba. Byla provedena kvalitativní tematická analýza těchto rozhovorů s cílem identifikovat témata v rámci stanoveném výzkumnými otázkami. Výsledky: Z výsledků vyplynulo, že pro respondenty byla zkušenost s aktivní dávkou psilocybinu významná z hlediska sebezkušenosti, zážitku změn smyslové percepce, vnímání času a smrti, a také z hlediska spirituálního rozměru zkušenosti. Měření s placebem... Background: Psilocybin is today the most studied psychedelic substance in neuroscience for its psychotomimetic and therapeutic effects. One of the institutions in the Czech Republic that studies this substance is the National Institute of Mental Health, where a clinical evaluation of its effects and safety is underway. The action and safety of this substance is examined here in terms of acute intoxication, but also in terms of long-term effects. Aim: To determine how volunteers perceive the experience with psilocybin administered in a controlled experimental study environment and whether they have experienced any afterglow effects after the cessation of acute intoxication for 28 days after administration, as well as how these effects occur and how long they persist. Methods: Data was obtained using semi-structured interviews. The research group consists of 20 interviews with 10 healthy volunteers of the clinical study at NUDZ. Interviews were conducted on day 28 after administration of an active dose of psilocybin or placebo. A qualitative thematic analysis of these interviews was performed in order to identify topics within the framework set by the research questions.
