Byla použita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku, výsledky byly zpracovány do grafů a tabulek. The thesis points to a lack of supply of information on resource of vaccination. The theoretical part is devoted to the HPV virus, malignant disease caused by HPV (rectal cancer, laryngeal cancer and cervical cancer) and the prevention. In the empirical part parent's knowledge of HPV and vaccination against it were compared. The method of quantitative research and non-standardized questionnaire has been used and the results were processed into graphs and tables.
