Hlavním cílem této práce je nalezení prostorových zákonitostí severoirského konfliktu a analyzování jejich vztahu se štěpnými liniemi v současné severoirské společnosti. Práce dále zkoumá vztahy mezi prostorovým rozložením obětí severoirského konfliktu a charakteristikou referenda o brexitu z roku 2016. Analýza byla provedena za využití Spearmanova koreačního koeficientu. Využita byla teorie štěpných linií vycházející z práce Lipseta a Rokkana. Tato práce prokázala existenci vztahů mezi prostorovým rozložením obětí během severoirského konfliktu a některými faktory referenda o brexitu z roku 2016. This work further examines relations between spatial layout of victims of The Troubles and characteristics of brexit referendum of 2016. Analysis was performer using Spearman corelation coefficient. Cleavage line theory was used in this work, which originates in work of Lipset and Rokkan. This work found existence of relations between spatial layout of The Troubles and some factors of brexit referendum of 2016.
