Název: Postoje k fúzi florbalových klubů IVANTI Tigers a START98 Kunratice Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit postoje a vnímání dotazovaných ke sloučení florbalových klubů. Konkrétně ženské složky Ivanti Tigers jako zanikajícího spolku s mužskou složkou START98 Kunratice jako spolku nástupnického. Dílčím cílem je navrhnout doporučení, která členům a příznivcům klubu usnadní přijetí změn. Metody: V průzkumu byla použita metoda kvantitativní i kvalitativní. Kvantitativní metoda s využitím elektronického dotazování, kdy jako respondenti byli vybráni členové klubu, trenéři a rodiče napříč všemi kategoriemi. Dotazování se týkalo členů zanikajícího spolku. Kvalitativní metodou průzkumu byl zvolen polostrukturovaný hloubkový rozhovor se zástupcem vedení klubu Tigers. Výsledky: Průzkumem byly zjištěny postoje respondentů k fúzi a jejich celkové vnímání projektu. Výsledky odhalily, že tyto postoje byly zprvu velmi negativní, a to zejména z důvodu malé komunikace mezi členy a vedením. Po vyjasnění vize a základních informací se pohled na fúzi změnil a projevila se loajalita ke klubu, kdy respondenti ve výsledku fúzi začali akceptovat, a to zejména na základě důvěry ve vedení zanikajícího klubu Tigers. Title: Attitudes to the merger of floorball clubs IVANTI Tigers a START98 Kunratice Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to find out the attitudes and perception of respondents to the merger of floorball clubs. More specifically, the women's team Ivanti Tigers as a defunct association with the male team Start98 Kunratice as a successor association. The partial goal is to propose recomendations that will make it easier for members and supporters of the club to accept changes. Methods: In the survey, were used both quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative method, during electronic questioning, where the members of the club, coaches and parents across all categories were selected as respondents. The survey concerned only members of the defunct association. A semi-structured in-depth interview with the representative of the Tigers club management was chosen as a qualitative method. Results: The survey found the attitude of respondents to the merger and their overall perception of the project. At first, the results revealed that these attitudes were very negative, mainly due to a lack of communication between members and management. After clarifying the vision and basic information, the view of the merger changed. The loyalty to the club appeared, and in the end, the respondents...
