Bakalářská práce se věnuje efektu kombinované terapie (současné aplikace elektroterapie a terapeutického ultrazvuku) v léčbě vertebrogenního algickému syndromu v oblasti krční páteře a dolní části zad s významnou funkční složkou (spoušťovými body) bez kořenové symptomatiky. Dále se efekt léčby porovnává s účinností transkutánní elektroneurostimulace. Teoretická část této bakalářské práce je věnována popsání vertebrogenního algického syndromu a použitých léčebných metod. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na ověření efektu kombinované terapie a transkutánní elektroneurostimulace (v obou případech v kombinaci s individuální léčebnou tělesnou výchovou). Do výzkumu bylo zařazeno celkem dvacet dospělých participantů, z toho deset bylo léčeno pomocí kombinované terapie a deset bylo léčeno transkutánní elektroneurostimulací. Efekt terapií byl hodnocen pomocí vybraných dotazníkových metod bolesti (vizuální analogová škála, krátká forma dotazníku bolesti McGill Pain Questionnaire, Neck Disability Index, Oswestry Disability Index) a kombinovanou terapií určenou pro diagnostické účely. Výsledky měření ukázaly, že využitím KT i TENS dochází k snížení intenzity bolesti, disability a dráždivosti léčených TrPs. Při porovnání účinnosti obou metod vůči sobě vychází, že je léčba pomocí KT stejně efektivní (podle NDI) nebo... This bachelor thesis deals with the effect of combination therapy (simultaneous application of electrotherapy and therapeutic ultrasound) in the treatment of vertebral algic syndrome in the cervical spine and lower back with a significant functional component (trigger points) without radicular symptoms. Furthermore, the effect of the treatment is compared with the effectiveness of transcutaneous electroneurostimulation. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is devoted to the description of the vertebral algic syndrome and the used treatment methods. The research part is focused on verifying the effects of combination therapy and transcutaneous electroneurostimulation, using each method in combination with individual therapeutic exercise. A total of twenty adult participants were included in the study, ten of whom were treated with combination therapy and ten were treated with transcutaneous electroneurostimulation. The effects of the therapies have been evaluated using selected pain questionnaire methods (visual analog scale, short form of the McGill Pain Questionnaire, Neck Disability Index, Oswestry Disability Index) and combination therapy intended for diagnostic purposes.
