Diplomová práce si klade za cíl popsat a analyzovat proces odborného zacházení s důrazem na snižování kriminogenních rizik s odsouzenými muži zařazenými do věznice s ostrahou v oddělení s vysokým stupněm zabezpečení. Odsouzení pachatelé trestné činnosti vykazují odlišnou míru rizikovosti i různou strukturu kriminogenních faktorů. Aby s nimi mohla Vězeňská služba ČR efektivně pracovat, potřebuje znát jejich kriminologický profil. Za uvedeným účelem analyzuje relevantní anamnestická a speciálně pedagogická data. Na základě jejich hodnocení pak dochází ke stanovení obsahu programu zacházení, který počítá s variací přístupů a metod pedagogických, sociálně-právních a psychologických, se zřetelem ke konkrétně zjištěným rizikovým kriminogenním faktorům a potřebám. Vlastní výzkumná studie, která v rámci diplomové práce tvoří jádro praktické/empirické části, sestává z analýzy self-reported posuzovaných rizikových faktorů a subjektivně vnímané reaktibility (příp. analogicky terapeutické responzivity) a vhodné penitenciárně-pedagogické provázání dostupných aktivit programu zacházení. Design výzkumného projektu je metodologicky zpracován v opoře smíšeného přístupu s vhodným propojením kvalitativních a kvantitativních metod sběru, transformace/operacionalizace a interpretace/vyhodnocení datového souboru. The thesis aims to describe and analyze the process of professional treatment with emphasis on reducing criminogenic risks with convicted men placed into guarded prisons in section with a high level of security. Convicted criminals show diverse degrees of riskiness and different structures of criminogenic factors. In order for the Prison Service of Czech Republic to work with them effectively, it needs to know their criminological profile. For this stated purpose, it analyzes relevant anamnestic and special pedagogical data. The content of the treatment program is then determined based on their evaluation, which takes into account the variation of pedagogical, socio-legal and psychological approaches and methods, in regards to particular identified high-risk criminogenic factors and needs. The own research of the study, which forms the core of the practical/empiric part of the thesis, consists of the analysis of the self-reported assessed risk factors and subjectively percieved reactivity (alternatively analogous therapeutic responsiveness) and appropriate penitentiary-pedagogical interconnection of available treatment program activities.
