Tato rigorózní práce je zaměřená na výzkum komorbidity poruch příjmu potravy s užíváním návykových látek. V teoretické části stručně definuje jednotlivé návykové látky a popisuje jejich škodlivé užívání, závislost a bio-psycho-socio-spirituální model závislosti. Z poruch příjmu potravy se práce soustředí na mentální anorexii, mentální bulimii a psychogenní přejídání. Praktická část se zaměřuje na výzkum žen trpících poruchami příjmu potravy a zároveň užívajících nějaké návykové látky včetně alkoholu. Práce mapuje, zda existuje rozdíl mezi jednotlivými typy poruch příjmu potravy a preferencí určité drogy. Dále bylo předmětem zájmu zjištění, se kterou poruchou příjmu potravy je spojeno nejvíce užívání alkoholu. Práce se zabývá i možností psychoterapie této komorbidity, což demonstruje na kazuistikách z klinicko-psychologické praxe. Ke sběru dat zvolila autorka metodu triangulace. Prvním zdrojem dat byla testová baterie složená z dotazníku EAT-26, druhým dotazníkem byl AUDIT a posledním dotazník na užívání drog. Druhým zdrojem je fokusní skupina a posledním zdrojem jsou případové studie pacientek. Tato studie potvrdila, že k užívání drog nejvíce inklinuje diagnóza mentální bulimie a také nejvíce nadužívají alkohol pacientky s touto poruchou. Hned za nimi vykazují střední a vysoké potíže s alkoholem... This thesis is focused on the research of comorbidity of eating disorders with substance use. The theoretical part defines the various addictive substances and describes their harmful use, addiction and bio-psycho-socio-spiritual model of addiction. The work describes the types of eating disorders- anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and psychogenic overeating. The aim of the research was to describe the prevalence of women with eating disorders who at the same time use some of the addictive substances including alcohol. Another goal was to describe whether there is a difference between the types of eating disorders and preferences for specific drugs, and as well, to describe which eating disorder uses alcohol the most. This work also describes the possibilities of psychotherapy for people with this comorbidity. It was used the method of triangulation to collect the data. The first source of the information was a test battery, consisting of the EAT-26 questionnaire, AUDIT questionnaire and the last one is questionnaire orientated to drug use.
