Bakalářská práce se zabývá fundamentální analýzou evropských akciových společností působících ve stavebním sektoru specificky v odvětví inženýrství a stavebnictví. Účelem analýzy je vypracovat doporučení pro management spravující oborově zaměřený fond kvalifikovaných investorů. První část popisuje teoreticko právní aspekty fondu kvalifikovaných investorů a teoretický základ k použitým metodám v praktické části. V praktické části postupnou selekcí, za pomocí daných metod, vyberu nejvhodnější adepty pro zařazení do portfolia. Na základě zjištěných informací navrhnu rozložení portfolia. The bachelor thesis presents a fundamental analysis of european joint-stock companies operating in the civil engineering sector, specifically in the manufacture and construction subsectors. The analysis is expected to provide a basis for a set of recommendations for a department managing a sector-specific fund of qualified investors. The first part describes the theoretical and legal aspects of the fund of qualified investors as well as the theoretical basis for the methods used in the practical part. In the practical part, by gradual selection and using the given methods, the most suitable candidates for inclusion in the portfolio is selected. Based on the information obtained, the layout of the portfolio is proposed.
