Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rozvoje rodinného podniku Vinařství Výmola v obci Mikulčice na jižní Moravě v návaznosti s rostoucí pracovní poptávkou na provoz podniku. Na úvod práce jsou stanoveny a popsány analýzy, které jsou následně aplikovány na trh, v kterém se podnik pohybuje, a na podnik samotný. V návrhové části je rozvržena implementace rozvoje podniku. The bachelor's thesis deals with the development of the family business Vinařství Výmola in the village of Mikulčice in South Moravia in connection with the growing labor demand for the operation of the company. At the beginning of the work, analyzes are determined and described, which are then applied to the market in which the company operates and to the company itself. The implementation of the development of the company is scheduled in the design part.
