Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů zejména z daňového a účetního hlediska. Práce specifikuje teoretická východiska a následně současný systém poskytovaných benefitů ve společnosti. Obsahuje návrh na jejich optimalizaci a zlepšení současného stavu. The bachelor’s thesis deals with providing of employee benefits, in particular, in the terms of taxes and accounting. The thesis specifies the theoretical foundations and the present system of providing the benefits in the company. It contains a suggestion for their optimisation and improvement of the present state.
