Předmětem mé bakalářská práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu ve vybrané proluce v centru města Brna v ulici Jezuitská. Hlavní myšlenkou bylo vytvoření polyfunkčního domu, který bude vhodně navržen do stísněné a hluboké proluky a bude kombinovat několik funkčních celků. Jde primárně o občanskou vybavenost se službami, administrativní funkcí a s možností studentského bydlení. V parteru se nachází obchod a kavárna. Ve své práci řeším a respektuji hmotovou návaznost na okolní zástavbu daného místa. Ve stísněné úzké proluce, která má danou výměru, bylo nutné rozdělit stavební pozemek na 2 hmoty, a to zejména z důvodu dostatečného proslunění všech prostor. Hlavní hmota uzavírá uliční čáru na Jezuitské ulici a druhá hmota uzavírá proluku do parku Danuše Muzikářové. V centrální části je vytvořen menší vnitroblok s vertikální komunikací s jednoramenným schodištěm a bezbariérovým řešením – výtahem. Horizontální komunikaci tvoří pavlače, které propojují obě hmoty v každém podlaží a z nich jsou přístupy do jednotlivých bytů a kanceláří. V navrhovaném polyfunkčním objektu je v přízemí průchod z ulice Jezuitská přes vnitroblok se zelení do parku Danuše Muzikářové. The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the design of a multifunctional building in a selected gap in the center of Brno in Jezuitská Street. The main idea was to create a multifunctional house that will be suitably designed into a cramped and deep gap and will combine several functional units. It is primarily civic amenities with services, administrative functions and mostly student housing. On the ground floor there is a shop and a cafe. In my work I deal with the material connection to the surrounding buildings of the place and I respect it. In the cramped narrow gap, which has a given area, it was necessary to divide the building plot into 2 masses due to sufficient sun exposure of all spaces. The main mass, which closes the street line on Jezuitská Street and the second, which closes the gap in the park of Danuše Muzikářová. In the central part there is a smaller courtyard with vertical communication with a singlearm staircase and a barrier-free solution - an elevator. The horizontal communication consists of balconies, which connect the two materials on each floor and from them there are accesses to individual apartments and offices. In the proposed multifunctional building, there is a passage from Jezuitská Street through the courtyard with greenery to Danuše Muzikářová Park on the ground floor.
