Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení novostavby polyfunkčního domu v Žamberku. Objekt je částečně podsklepený a má tři nadzemní podlaží. V podzemním podlaží je navrženo technické zázemí a skladovací prostory pro bytovou část. V prvním nadzemní podlaží se nachází komerční prostory a to manikúra, trafika, kadeřnictví a kavárna. Dále jsou v prvním nadzemním podlaží garáže. V druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží jsou navrženy bytové jednotky, celkem se jedná o čtyři byty. Objekt je navržen z keramických tvárnic, které jsou zatepleny kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Stropní konstrukce jsou řešeny jako železobetonové monolitické desky. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno plochou střechou s vegetační vrstvou. The main aim of the Bachelor's thesis was to develop the project documentation for the implementation of a new multifunctional building in Žamberk. The building has a partial basement and three floors. The technical facilities and storage space for the residential part of the complex are designed in the basement floor. On the first floor there are commercial spaces for manicure, tobacco shop, hairdresser and cafe. There are also garages on the first floor. In the second and the third floor there are four apartments. The building is designed from ceramic blocks, which are insulated with the contact insulation system ETICS. The ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The roofing of the building is a flat roof with a vegetation mixture.
