Obsahem bakalářské práce je návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby bytového domu. Objekt je samostatně stojící a je situován v katastrálním území Pardubice na parcelách č. 4285/1 a 4321/5. Bytový dům je částečně podsklepený se třemi nadzemními podlažími a je navržen se sedlovou střechou s hladkou hliníkovou krytinou. Nachází se zde celkem 11 bytových jednotek a je projektován pro 26 osob. V suterénu jsou navrženy sklepní kóje pro každou bytovou jednotku, technická místnost a sklady. V přízemí je kolárna a úklidová místnost. Bytové jednotky nacházející se v druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží disponují balkónem. Podstřešní prostor je nevyužívaný. Vstup do objektu je situován na jihozápadní fasádě. Konstrukční systém objektu je stěnový podélný se ztužujícími stěnami. Svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy z cihelných broušených bloků, v podzemním podlaží jsou obvodové zdi ze ztraceného bednění. Vodorovné konstrukce tvoří keramobeton. Nosná konstrukce střechy je tvořena z dřevěných příhradových vazníků. Stavba je založena na základových pasech. The content of the bachelor thesis is the design and development of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The building is detached and is situated in the cadastral area of Pardubice on plots No. 4285/1 and 4321/5. The residential building is partially underground with three floors and is designed with a gable roof with smooth aluminium roofing. There are a total of 11 residential units and it is designed for 26 people. In the basement there are designed basement cubicles for each apartment unit, a technical room and warehouses. On the ground floor there is a bike room and a cleaning room. Residential units located on the second and third floor have a balcony. The attic space is unused. The entrance to the building is situated on the southwest facade. The structural system of the building is a longitudinal wall system with stiffening walls. The vertical structures are designed in cut brick blocks, the perimeter walls in the basement floor are made of lost formwork. The horizontal structures consist of ceramic concrete. The roof structure is made of wooden trusses. The building is based on strip foundations.
