Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem finančního plánu společnosti LESCUS Cetkovice, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. První část obsahuje teoretická východiska práce. Následně se přechází na část finanční a strategické analýzy, která hodnotí situaci za rok 2015-2019. Na základě výsledků provedených analýz se vytváří finanční plán pro daný podnik. Tento finanční plán je sestaven pro rok 2020-2023 a to ve dvou variantách, v optimistické a pesimistické. Závěrem je finanční plán zhodnocen. The diploma thesis deals with the draft financial plan of the company LESCUS Cetkovice, s. r.o. The work is divided into several parts. The first part contains the theoretical basis of the work. Subsequently, we move on to the part the financial and strategic analysis, which evaluates the situation of 2015-2019. Based on the results of the analysis, a financial plan is created for company. This financial plan is compiled for the year 2020-2023 in two variants, optimistic and pessimistic. Finally, the finanxial plan is evaluated.
