Zadáním mé bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby novostavby bytového domu v Chrudimi v nové lokalitě bytových dům Na Špici. Bytový dům má pět nadzemních pater a je nepodsklepený. Poslední páté nadzemní je ustoupené s přilehajícími terasami. V prvním nadzemí se nacházejí prostory zádveří, vstupní chodby, kočárkárna s kolárnou, schodišťový prostor , sklepní koje, dvě technické místnosti a dvě vnitřní garážové stání. V první nadzemní podlaží jsou čtyři bytové jednotky. V třetím podlaží se nacházejí čtyři bytové jednotky. Ve čtvrtém bytovém podlaží se nacházejí tři bytové jednotky. V pátém podlaží se nachází dvě bytové jednotky s terasami, která je řešena jako jednoplášťová plochá střecha pochozí. Objekt je zastřešen zelenou jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Konstrukční systém bytového domu je zděnný z keramických tvárnic. Objekt je zateplen vnějším kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS z čedičové vlny. Založení bytového domu bude na desce ze základovými pasy. The assignment of my bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a new apartment building in Chrudim in a new location named Na Špici. The apartment building has five floors and no basement. The last fifth above-ground is receded with adjacent terraces. In the first floor there are vestibules, entrance corridors, a carriage house with a bicycle shed, a stairwell, a cellar, two technical rooms and two indoor garage spaces. There are four residential units on the first floor. On the third floor, four residential units are being changed. Three residential units are on the fourth apartment floor. On the fifth floor there are two residential units with terraces, which are designed as a single-skin flat roof for walking. The building is covered with a green single-skin flat roof. The construction system of the apartment building is made of ceramic blocks. The building is insulated with an external contact thermal insulation system ETICS made of basalt wool. the foundation of the apartment building will be on a board with foundation strips.
