Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby bytového čtyřpodlažního domu na pozemku parcelního čísla 3627/97 katastrálního území Velké Meziříčí [779091]. Jedná se o samostatně stojící budovu, jež je zasazena v mírném svahu. To přispívá k návrhu podsklepení celého objektu. Prostor suterénu je využit jako hromadná garáž s deseti parkovacími stáními. Jedno z parkovacích míst je vyhrazeno pro osoby se sníženou schopností orientace a pohybu. Vedle objektu jsou navržena další dvě parkovací stání. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází veškeré společné zázemí domu (sklepy, technická místnost, úklidová místnost, sklad, kolárna a kočárkárna) a dále dvě bytové jednotky. V dalších dvou nadzemních podlažích jsou už jen bytové jednotky. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou v nadzemní části domu provedeny z keramických tvárnic Heluz a v podzemní části jsou nosné stěny a nosné sloupy monolitické z vodostavebního betonu. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny monolitickými železobetonovými deskami. Základy bytového domu tvoří železobetonová monolitická základová deska z vodostavebního betonu. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno jako plochá jednoplášťová extenzivní vegetační střecha. Terasa v prvním nadzemním podlaží je taktéž řešena jako jednoplášťová plochá střecha s nášlapnou vrstvou z prken ze sibiřského modřínu. Celý objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Součást návrhu je i tepelně technické posouzená, akustické posouzení a dále pak posouzení požární bezpečnosti. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create project documentation for the construction of a four-storey apartment house on the plot parcel number 3627/97 in a cadastral territory Velké Meziříčí [779091]. It is a freestanding building setted on a gentle slope. This contributes to the design of the subcellar of the whole basement building. The basement is used as a mass garage with ten parking spaces. One of them is reserved for people with a physical disability. Other two parking spaces are proposed next to the building. On the first floor there are all the common facilities of the house (cellars, technical room, cleaning room, storage room, bicycle storage room and stroller storage room) and also two apartment units. On the upper floors there are only flats. Vertical support structures of the above-ground part of the house consist of Heluz ceramic cinder blocks and underground parts are load-bearing walls and monolithic load-bearing columns made of water-based concrete. Horizontal support structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The foundation of the object consists of reinforced concrete monolithic base slab of water-building concrete. The roof of the building is designed as a flat single-shell extensive vegetation roof. The terrace on the first floor is also designed as a single-mantle flat roof with a land layer of siberian larch boards. The whole building is insulated by the contact insulating system ETICS. The design also includes thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and fire safety assessment.
