Bakalářská práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby bytového domu v obci Žďár nad Sázavou, která se nachází v kraji Vysočina. Objekt bytového domu má tři nadzemní podlaží a jedno částečně podsklepené podlaží. Bytový dům má celkem 11 bytových jednotek a společné prostory. Obvodové stěny suterénu jsou ze ztraceného bednění vyplněné betonem. Zdivo nadzemních podlaží je z keramických zdících prvků. Stropní konstrukce jsou monolitické, železobetonové. Budova je zateplena certifikovaným systémem ETICS. Střešní plášť tvoří jednoplášťová extenzivní vegetační střecha. The bachelor's elaborates on project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Žďár nad Sázavou, which is located in the Vysočina region. The apartment building has three floors above ground and one partially basement floor. The apartment building has a total of 11 residential units and common areas. The vertical loadbearing structures are built from lost formwork filled with concrete. The masonry of the above-ground floors is made of ceramic masonry elements. The ceiling structures are monolithic, reinforced concrete. The building is insulated with a certified ETICS system. The roof cladding consists of a single-layer extensive vegetation roof.
