Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu v městské části Brno-Židenice a zpracováním projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Objekt je rozdělen na dvě hlavní části a to bytovou a administrativní, kterou tvoří menší kancelář v přízemí. Každá část má svůj vlastní vstup z ulice Slatinské. Parkování je zajištěno mimo objekt na předmětných parcelách a disponuje 9 parkovacími místy. Budova má 3 nadzemní podlaží, není podsklepená a je samostatně stojící na mírně svažitém pozemku pod Bílou horou. Tvarové řešení budovy je obdélníkové s několika vystupujícími a ustupujícími částmi pravoúhlého tvaru. V bytové části přízemí se nachází zázemí bytového domu a v nadzemním podlaží se nachází 5 bytových jednotek různých velikostí a dispozicí. Založení bytového domu je řešeno pomocí vrtaných pilot v kombinaci se základovou deskou. Konstrukční systém objektu je navržen ze zdících keramických bloků. Stropní konstrukce, vyložené a ustupující konstrukce jsou železobetonové. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno extenzivní zelenou střechou. Celý objekt je kontaktně zateplen certifikovaným zateplovacím systémem ETICS, tvořeným izolantem z pěnového polystyrenu. This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the building in the Brno-Židenice and with the processing of project documentation for the construction. The building is divided into two main parts - residential part and administrative part, which consist of a smaller office on the ground floor. Every part has own entrance from the street Slatinská. Parking is provided outside the building on the plots and has 9 parking spaces. The building has 3 floors, no basement and is built below the White Mountain. The shape of the building is rectangular with several protruding and receding parts of rectangular shape. In the residential part of the basement there is a background of an apartment building and in the upper floor there are 5 residential units of various sizes and layouts. The basis of the building is solved with the help of drilled piles in combination with the base plate. The construction system of the building is designed from masonry ceramic blocks. Ceiling structures, lined and receding structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roofing of the building is solved by an extensive green roof. The whole building is a contact insulated certified by the ETICS insulation system consisting of insulating polystyrene foam.
