Bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby Servisní budovy lanového centra, který je situován do obce Vážany nad Litavou u obce Slavkov u Brna. Budova je navržena jako samostatně stojící jednopodlažní, podsklepený objekt. V suterénu se nachází bytová jednotka 4+kk. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází zázemí lanového centra. Součást bytové jednotky je garáž pro dvě osobní auta. Před objektem se nachází šest parkovacích stání, z toho jedno stání pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu. Dominantním prvkem objektu je ocelové točité schodiště, nacházející se v jihovýchodní části objektu. Toto schodiště umožňuje sestup do prostoru lanového centra. Obvodové stěny jsou navrženy z keramický tvárnic typu Porotherm tloušťky 300 mm a jsou zatepleny tepelnou izolací tloušťky 160 mm. Stropy jsou železobetonové monolitické. A topic of this Bachelor thesis is developing a design documentation for a building of the Rope center service building, which is situated in a village of Vážany nad Litavou, near the town of Slavkov u Brna. The building is designed as a free-standing single-storey building, with basement. In the basement is a housing unit 4 + kk. On the first floor there is the background of the rope center. The housing unit includes a garage for two cars. In front of the building there are six parking spaces, one of them is for a people with reduced mobility. The dominant element of the building is a steel spiral staircase, located in the southeastern part of the building. This staircase allows descent to the area of the rope center. The exterior walls are designed from a 300 mm thick porotherm ceramic block and are insulated with 160 mm thick thermal insulation. The ceilings are reinforced cast-in-place concrete.
