Navržený bytový dům je novostavbou sestávající ze dvou sekcí se samostatnými vchody a schodišti, obě sekce jsou identické, pouze zrcadlově obrácené. Půdorysným tvarem jsou obě sekce obdélníkové. Jedná se o objekty se dvěma nadzemními podlažími a jedním podzemním podlažím. V jednom objektu se nachází šest bytových jednotek, z toho dispozice čtyřikrát 3+KK na podzemní a první nadzemní podlaží a dvakrát 2+KK na poslední nadzemní podlaží. Jednotlivé byty mají v podzemním podlaží zpřístupněn vstup na zahradu. V nadzemních podlažích jsou možné přístupy na balkony a lodžie. Poslední nadzemní podlaží je řešeno jako ustupující a díky tomu se zde nacházejí prostorné terasy. V podzemní části jsou umístěny sklepní kóje a technická místnost. Parkování je zajištěno mimo objekt na zpevněné ploše pozemku. Domy jsou založeny na železobetonových pasech podporovaných štěrkovými pilotami, jsou provedeny tradiční zděnou technologií s monolitickými stropy a zatepleny kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Střechy jsou řešeny jako jednoplášťové ploché s klasickou skladbou a povlakovou krytinou z PVC fólie. Fasáda je zateplena polystyrenovými deskami a v místě požárních pásů izolací z minerální vaty a v místě soklu deskami z pěnového skla. The aim of the bachelor thesis is a project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. Designed appartment building is new building consisting of two independents sections with separate entrances and staircases, both sections are identical only mirror imaged. Floor plan shape of each section is rectangle. Objects have two above-ground floor and one basement. There is six dwelling units in each section, four of them are 3+KK in the first floor and basement and two 2+KK in the last floor. Dwelling units located in basement have access to garden and units in above-ground floor have balcony or loggia. Last floor is recessing and thanks to that there is a place for spacious terrace. In the basement there are cellars for each appartment and utility room. Parking is provided outside the building on the paved land. Foundation construction of building is foundation strips supported by gravelly piles, masonry cunstruction is used for all the floors and ceilling are cast-in-place reinforced concrete thermal insulation of the facade is made with ETICS system. Roof is warm flat roof with PVC foil. Facade is insulated with polystyrene and in the area of fire belts there is used mineral insulation and foam glass.
