PPředmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba bytového domu v Ostravě. Objekt má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží, které je částečně podsklepené. V podzemní podlaží se nachází sklepní kóje a technické zázemí pro chod budovy. V bytovém domě je celkem 8 bytových jednotek. Objekt je zděný ze systému SENDWIX s filigránových stropních panelů, střecha je plochá vegetační. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is a New building of an apartment house in Ostrava. The building has four floors and one partially based underground floor, in which storage and mechanical rooms are situated. There are a total of 8 apartment units in the apartment building. The building is made of the SENDWIX system with filigrane panels, the roof is flat and vegetated.
