Bakalářská práce popisuje nejpoužívanější metody diagnostiky stavebních konstrukcí, načež se zaměřuje na využití v diagnostice dosud nevyužívaných moderních technologií, potencionálně nahrazujících hned několik činností při práci diagnostika a dalších profesí. Výhody těchto technologií, konkrétně 3D skenování, jsou představeny na případové studii revitalizace bytového domu v Brně, na ulici Koliště 33. V praktické části této práce je popsán proces diagnostiky poruch a vad objektu, včetně aplikovaných metod a zjištěných skutečností. Výstupem práce je návrh opatření a soubor doporučení. The bachelor thesis describes the most used methods of diagnostics of building structures, then it focuses on the use in diagnostics of as yet unused modern technologies, potentially replacing several activities in the work of diagnostics and other professions. The advantages of these technologies, specifically 3D scanning, are presented on a case study of the revitalization of an apartment building in Brno, Koliště 33. In the practical part of thesis is described the process of diagnosis of defects and failures of the object, including applied methods and findings. The output of the work is a proposal of measures and a set of recommendations.
