Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování technologické etapy spodní stavby bytového domu Kaskády Hranice, který se nachází v zastavěné části města Hranice. Práce se zabývá technologickými předpisy pro zemní práce a pro konstrukce základů. K technologickým předpisům jsou zpracovány kontrolní a zkušební plány, časový plán a položkový rozpočet. Dále je zde vypracovaná koordinační situace, technická zpráva zařízení staveniště, návrh strojní sestavy, průvodní a souhrnná zpráva, řešení širších dopravních vztahů a bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the technological stage of the substructure of the apartment building Kaskády Hranice, which is located in a built-up area of the town of Hranice. The work deals with technological regulations for earthworks and for the construction of foundations. In addition to technological regulations, control and test plans, a time schedule and an item budget are prepared. Furthermore, there is a coordinated situation, a technical report of the construction site equipment, the design of the machine set, the accompanying and summary report, the solution of broader transport relations and safety and health at work.
