Bakalářská práce navazuje a dále rozpracovává architektonickou studii zpracovanou v rámci předmětu Ateliérová tvorba 2 – AG032 – Výrobní stavby. Hlavní téma práce je novostavba objektu na výrobu sektů. Stavba se nachází v katastrálním území Kobylí na Moravě. Objekt není typický v okolní zástavbě, i tak respektuje okolní zástavbu. Uliční část stavby je zalomena s uliční čarou, výškově stavba nepřesahuje okolní stavby, nýbrž se snaží tvarem střechy zapadnout do svažitého terénu, na kterém stavba stojí. Objekt má dvě podlaží. Podlaží označené jako 1S, zaujímá funkci čistě výrobní a nachází se zde kompletní linka na výrobu vína od lisování, až po lahvování. Na tuto linku volně navazuje linka na výrobu sektu. V tomto podlaží se nachází také archivní a expediční sklady. Toto podlaží je části uliční celé zapuštěno do terénu, tím, jak se pozemek dále svažuje směrem dolů, stavba postupně roste z terénu. Konstrukčně je 1S řešeno jako tzv. ŽB bílá vana. Ta nám plní jak funkci HI spodní stavby, tak funkci estetickou, kdy se propisuje jako pohledový beton z exteriéru i interiéru objektu. Do 1NP stavby se vchází z uliční části a toto podlaží zaštiťuje hned několik funkcí. V přední části se nachází veškeré administrativa objektu spolu s prodejnou vín a sektů, přes tzv. spojovací blok se dostaneme do obytné částí, kde se nachází celkem 6 pokojů pro hosty, kteří se zde mohou ubytovat. Jeden z pokojů je řešen, jako bezbariérový. Konstrukční systém 1NP je řešen z tvárnic YTONG. Toto podlaží je pro dosažení tepelné pohody v interiéru zatepleno minerální vatou a na skladbu zateplení je následně navržena provětrávaná dřevěná fasáda ze sibiřského modřínu, který bude stárnout společně s celým objektem. Významným prvkem objektu je řešení konstrukce střechy, která je tvořena z vazníků lepeného lamelového dřeva. Tyto mohutné vazníky jsou zároveň i pohledové v interiéru. Objektu dominuje zaoblení střechy, které vytváří tzv. vlnu. Krytina je navržena z pozinkovaných plechů.
The bachelor's thesis follows up and further elaborates the architectural study prepared within the subject Studio Creation 2 - AG032 - Production Buildings. The main topic of the work is the new construction of a building for the production of sparkling wines. The building is located in the cadastral area of Kobylí in Moravia. The building is not typical in the surrounding buildings, but still respects the surrounding buildings. The street part of the building is bent with a street line, the height of the building does not exceed the surrounding buildings, but tries to fit into the sloping terrain on which the building stands. The building has two floors. The floor marked as 1S, occupies a purely production function and there is a complete line for wine production from pressing to bottling. This line is loosely connected to the sparkling wine production line. There are also archive and expedition warehouses on this floor. This floor is part of the whole street sunk into the terrain, as the land continues to slope downwards, the building gradually grows out of the terrain. Structurally, the 1S is designed as a so-called reinforced concrete white tub. It fulfills both the HI function of the substructure and the aesthetic function, which is described as visible concrete from the exterior and interior of the building. The 1st floor of the building is entered from the street part and this floor has several functions. In the front part there is all the administration of the building together with the wine and sparkling wine shop, through the so-called connecting block we get to the living area, where there are a total of 6 rooms for guests who can stay here. One of the rooms is designed as barrier-free. The construction system of the 1st floor is made of YTONG blocks. To achieve thermal comfort in the interior, this floor is insulated with mineral wool and a ventilated wooden facade made of Siberian larch is subsequently designed for the composition of the insulatio
