Bakalářská práce navazuje na ateliérový projekt ze druhého ročníku bakalářského studia Viladomy na okraji města. Návrh obsahuje Dokumentaci pro stavební povolení a Dokumentaci pro provedení stavby. Řešené území se nachází v Brně, Líšni, kde sousedí s objektem bývalých jatek a ulicí Ondráčkovou. Hlavní myšlenkou projektu je vytvoření dvou identických viladomů půdorysně přibližující se čtverci, obdobně jako řešené území. Umístěním viladomů do protějších rohů pozemku se jednak dotvořilo nároží Ondráčkova a Zlámanky, ale zároveň vytyčilo pomyslné dvě části pro komunikaci do podzemí a na protější straně veřejně přístupný prostor. Navržené objekty obsahují tři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží, které oba viladomy spojuje komunikací. Každý viladům obsahuje celkem pět bytových jednotek s různými velikostmi. Navržené objekty jsou citlivě osazeny do přilehlého terénu tak, aby byl nárožní objekt více dominantní a zadní objekt příliš nevyčníval nad okolní zástavbu. Konstrukčně jsou viladomy řešeny ze systému POROTHERM doplněny o železobetonové konstrukce. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vytvoření moderního bydlení na okraji města, které zároveň nenarušuje okolní zástavbu. The bachelor's thesis follows up on a studio project, that i made in my second year of the bachelor's study, Townhouses on the outskirt of Brno. Labor contains Plans for the building permit and Structural documentation. Area of interest is located in Brno - Li´šeň, on the right side, there's Ondráčkova's street, and an abandoned slaughterhouse on the other side. The main idea of my project is, to create two identical buildings, that will perfectly fit into the land and surroundings. By placing these two, into opposite corners of the land, there will be created a fine corner of Ondra´čkova's street and Zla´manky. At the same time, buildings will create direct and let's say "natural" way to the underground parking lot. People, who will visit park, will also have very usefull noise barrier from both sides. Designed buildings contain three above-ground floors and one underground floor, which connects both townhouses by tunnel. Each townhouse contains a total of five housing units, each one with different size. Designed buildings are installed in a way, to keep balance between modern industry and pure nature. First building is more dominant, so it can define the corner of both streets and the second one is less expressive, so it will fit with buildings next to her. Structurally, the townhouses are designed of the Porotherm system and reinforced concrete structures. The main goal of the work is to create modern housing on the suburbs, which will not disturb close neighborhood.
