Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh výroby vodícího disku z plechu DC01 o tloušťce 3 mm. Výrobní série je stanovena na 100 000 kusů ročně. Vzhledem k požadované přesnosti a velikosti série bylo zvoleno, že se vodící disk bude zhotovovat metodou přesného stříhání s tlačnou hranou. Polotovarem, ze kterého se výstřižek bude zhotovovat, byl vzhledem k procentuálnímu využití materiálu a k velikosti série zvolen svitek plechu. Na výrobu bude celkem potřeba 24 svitků s délkou 308 m a dále jeden neúplný svitek s délkou 132 m. Celková síla vyšla Fc = 887,3 kN. Vzhledem k této síle, rozměrům plechu a půdorysné ploše nástroje byl na výrobu součásti zvolen trojčinný hydraulický lis FEINTOOL XFT 1500speed. Posledním krokem byla kontrola, zda je velikost dané série zisková, nebo ztrátová. Bylo vypočítáno, že výroba se stává ziskovou při výrobě 49 554 ks. Vzhledem k velikosti dané série je tedy možné konstatovat, že výroba bude výdělečná. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of the production of a guide disk made of sheet metal DC01 with a thickness of 3 mm. The production series is set to 100 000 pieces per year. Due to the required accuracy and size of the series, it was chosen that the guide disk will be made by the method of fine blanking. A coil of sheet metal has been chosen as the semi-finished product due to percentile of material usage and size of the series. For production will be needed a total of 24 coils of sheet with length of 308 m and one incomplete coil with a length of 132 m. The total force was calculated as Fc = 887,3 kN. Due to this strength, dimensions of the sheet and floor area of the tool, a triple-acting hydraulic press FEINTOOL XFT 1500speed was chosen for the production of the part. The last step was to check whether the size of the series is profitable or lossful. It was calculated that production becomes profitable at 49 554 pieces. Due to the size of the series, it can be stated that the production will be profitable.
