Tato práce se zabývá vývojem laboratorního přípravku pro měření srdečních pulzů. V práci bude popsána základní anatomie srdce a vznik srdečních pulzů. Dále jsou zde pospány metody měření srdečních pulzů. Podrobně je zde popsán snímač, který slouží ke snímání srdečního pulzu, v laboratorním přípravku. V práci je uvedeno obvodové řešení laboratorního přípravku a proměření jeho funkčnosti. Dále je v práci popsána aplikace na vyhodnocení srdečních pulzů a sestavený návod pro laboratorní cvičení. This work deals with the development of a laboratory device for measuring heart rate. The work will describe the basic anatomy of the heart and the origin of heartbeats. There are also methods for measuring heart rate. A sensor for sensing a heart rate in a laboratory device is described in detail. The work presents the circuit solution of the laboratory device and measurement of its functionality. Furthermore, the work describes the application for the evaluation of heart rate and written instructions for laboratory exercises.
