Hlavní náplní této diplomové práce je analýza a následná modifikace výrobního toku ve společnosti, která se řadí mezi přední světové poskytovatele průmyslových jehel, přesných dílů a jemných nástrojů. Praktická část pojednává v první řadě o současném toku hodnot a následně popisuje jeho jednotlivé úpravy. Jsou zde zmapovány výrobní prostory hal a je popsán systém manipulace s materiálem. Součástí je i modifikace layoutů ve výrobních halách a taktéž simulace navržených změn v softwaru Plant Simulation od společnosti Siemens PLM Software. Na závěr práce jsou popsány změny, které se týkají zejména filozofie 5S, kanban systému či ergonomie pracoviště. Main focus of this diploma thesis is the analysis and subsequent modification of production flow at a company, which is one of the world’s leading providers of industrial needles, precision parts and fine tools. Practical part of this thesis is devoted to the current flow of values and consequently describes its individual modifications. In this part the production areas are mapped, and the material handling system is described. This part also suggests a possible layout modification at the production site and simulation of proposed changes in Plant Simulation software from Siemens PLM Software. At the end of the work there are changes described that relate mainly to the philosophy 5S, kanban system or ergonomics of the workplace.
