Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem finančního plánu pro společnost COM Group, a.s. působící v ICT odvětví. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické východisko, které je potřeba pro vytvoření finálního návrhu finančního plánu. Další kapitola pojednává o představení společnosti a následné zpracování strategické a finanční analýzy vybrané společnosti. V závěru práce je následně zpracován finanční plán za období 2020-2023 a jeho zhodnocení. This thesis deals with the proposal of the financial plan for COM Group, a.s. company which operates in ICT industry. First part of this thesis aims for its theoretical background, which is cornerstone for the development of proposal of the financial plan. The next chapter is dealing with an introduction of picked company and its subsequent process of the strategic and financial analysis of the picked company. Conclusively, there is processed financial plan for the period 2020-2023 and its evaluation.
