Tato diplomová práce se zabývá modernizací hlavního podvozku letounu Z 143 LSi. Hlavní důraz je kladen na optimalizaci tvaru podvozkové nohy a její deformační charakteristiky. Společně s touto změnou jsou vyšetřeny varianty z různých materiálů. Analyticky je vypočteno zatížení při přistání a únosnost konstrukce je ověřena pomocí numerické metody MKP. Práce přináší možné nahrazení současného podvozku, který je výrobně náročný nejen časově a finančně, ale také z hlediska kooperace ze strany externích firem. Cílem je navrhnout novou podvozkovou nohu a ověřit proveditelnost pro případ budoucí realizace. This master thesis deals with the modernization of the main landing gear of the Z 143 LSi aircraft. The main emphasis is placed on optimizing of the landing gear shape and its deformation characteristics. Along with this change, variants made of different materials are examined. The landing load is calculated analytically and the load-bearing capacity of the structure is verified using the numerical FEM method. This work brings a possible replacement of the current chassis, which is production-intensive not only in time and money, but also in terms of cooperation with external companies. The objective is to design a new landing gear and verify the feasibility for the case of future implementation.
