Předmětem této diplomové práce je vytvořit návrhy náhrady pneumatických pohonů elektrickými aktuátory pro zajištění mechanických pohybů testeru světlometů. Součástí práce je v její první části také teoretický úvod do dané problematiky. Varianty nahrazení jsou posuzovány dle zvolených parametrů a vyhodnoceny metodou mutikritériálního hodnocení. Na základě výsledků hodnocení jsou sestaveny dva finální návrhy, které jsou zapracovány do 3D modelu testeru. Pro tato řešení je vytvořena výkresová dokumentace, která je součástí práce. Ze zjištěných výsledků v průběhu zpracování je na závěr provedeno doporučení pro výrobce testerů, firmu ELCOM a. s. The subject of this diploma thesis is designing a way of substituting pneumatic drives with electrical actuators for mechanical movements in a headlights tester. The thesis also contains a theoretical introduction to the issue in the first part. Substitution variants are assessed considering chosen parameters and evaluated using multi-criteria evaluation method. Two final designs are compiled based on the evaluation results and processed into the 3D model of the tester. Drawings are produced for these solutions. In conclusion, a recommendation derived from achieved results is given to the tester manufacturer, ELCOM a.s.
