Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje překlad části knihy francouzského právníka Ludovica Lestideau 200 questions sur l'Union européenne. Dále v ní najdeme komentář, který zahrnuje tři části: překladatelskou analýzu originálu, překladatelské postupy a vybrané překladatelské problémy a jejich řešení. Cílem práce bylo díky překladu a analýze obou jazykových variant vybraného textu získat dostatek znalostí nutných pro práci překladatele. Takové znalosti umožňují zaujmout jednotné stanovisko při řešení konkrétních problematických jevů v procesu překladu. Klíčová slova: Evropská unie - evropská spolupráce - analýza překladu - překladatelské postupy. This bachelor's thesis contains a translation of a part of the book by the French lawyer Ludovic Lestideau 200 questions sur l'Union européenne. It also contains a commentary, which includes three parts: the translation analysis of the original, translation procedures and selected translation problems and their solutions. The aim of the work was to gain enough knowledge necessary for the work of a translator thanks to the translation and analysis of both language variants of the selected text. Such knowledge makes it possible to take a unified standpoint in solving specific problematic phenomena in the translation process.
