Univerzita Karlova 3. lékařská fakulta Disertační práce - Abstrakt Miniinvazivní odběr spongiózních štěpů v traumatologické indikaci - experimentální a klinická studie Minimally Invasive Cancellous Bone Graft Harvesting in Trauma Indication - Experimental and Clinical Study Školitel: MUDr. Martin Kloub, Ph.D. Abstrakt Disertační práce "Miniinvazivní odběr spongiózních štěpů v traumatologické indikaci" pojednává o strategii léčby komplikovaných zlomenin a pakloubů s využitím miniinvazivně získaných kostních štěpů. Práce má část experimentální a klinickou. Cílem experimentální části je laboratorní srovnání zastoupení červené kostní dřeně u miniinvazivně odebraných kostních štěpů z deseti kadaverózních preparátů ze zvolených oblastí s referenčním odběrem z hřebenu lopaty kosti kyčelní. V klinické části studie se zaměřujeme na praktické výsledky této operační techniky, zejména na množství odebrané spongiózy, efektivitu jejího použití a případné komplikace. Hodnotíme bolest v oblasti odběrového místa štěpů a srovnáváme ji s bolestí po standardním odběru z lopaty kosti kyčelní. V experimentální části práce jsme potvrdili, že je zastoupení červené kostní dřeně u miniinvazivně odebraných kostních štěpů z oblastí velkého trochanteru, distálního femuru a proximálního humeru srovnatelné se štěpy z lopaty kosti... The thesis includes experimental and clinical parts. The aim of the experimental part is a laboratory comparison of red bone marrow content in mini-invasively taken bone grafts from ten cadaver specimens from chosen sites with the reference collection from the ilium of the hip bone. In the clinical part of the study we focus on the practical results of this surgical technique, especially on the amount of spongy bone tissue collected, efficiency of its use and complications. We evaluate the pain in the area of graft collection site and compare it with the pain after the standard collection from the ilium of the hip bone.
