Cílem práce je vytvoření výchovně vzdělávacího projektu, který žákům 4. a 5. ročníku základní školy pomůže porozumět souvislostem mezi krajinou, hospodářským využitím přírodních zdrojů, hustotou osídlení, rozvojem dopravní sítě a pracovních příležitostí v 19. - 20. století. Oblast, na kterou se diplomová práce zaměřuje, je místně určena okruhem spádovosti školy ve Velkém Březně. Jedná se o pravý břeh řeky Labe od Ústí nad Labem po Těchlovice. V teoretické části je z hlediska sociálně geografického popsána oblast, pro kterou je projektové vyučování navrhováno. Jsou zde také popsány metody a organizační formy výuky. Praktická část obsahuje pracovní materiál, který by měl být didaktickou inspirací pro výuku regionální vlastivědy. Where I Come From - Velké Březno and the surrounding area The aim of this work is to create an educational project for pupils of the fourth and fifth grades to help them understand the connections between countryside, natural resources, population density, economic use of resources and development of transportation networks in the 19th and 20th centuries. The scope of this thesis is determined by the area encompassed by the school district of Velké Březno, that is, the right bank of the Elbe from Ústi nad Labem to Těchlovice. The theoretical part describes the area for which the project has been proposed from the socio- geographic point of view, and includes methods and lesson formats. The practical part contains work material meant as didactic inspiration for teaching local history.
